Changes in the public procurement law - October 2014

On 19 October 2014 the amendment to the Public Procurement Law came into force.
What is changing in public procurement in connection with this amendment?
I will try to answer these questions in this study, however already at the outset I can write that the amendment introduces a number of significant changes in the public procurement procedure.
Below I present the most important of them together with an indication of the practical effects relating both to the ordering entities and contractors.
Reservation by the contractor of the trade secret (change to Article 8 paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Law).
The amendment introduced a significant, especially for contractors, change in the content of Article 8 paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Law. According to the amended provision, the Contractor reserve the information as constituting the secret of their company.
