Legal debt collection in practice - to be afraid or applied?

Att. Dariusz Górnicki will lead the PID Academy workshop, which will take place on 9 October 2014 in Warsaw.
The workshop is directed to persons who deal, in their companies, with customer service, preparation and concluding of trade agreements, granting trade credit, to employees dealing with monitoring of receivables and employees of financial and accounting departments and persons managing the company and its finances, as well as bank employees. Often, the statement: "we direct the case for legal debt collection" paralyses the management boards and managers of companies despite the fact that in reality, more or less consciously, they have already participated in the process of legal debt collection as creditors or debtors.
